Job summary

Rhino Federated Computing in Boston is seeking a hands-on Director, Demand Generation to build and run the engine driving net-new pipeline. The role prioritizes pipeline and revenue influence over activity metrics in a long-cycle, technical sales process.

You will own multi-channel demand programs, ABM against enterprise accounts, and GenAI-enabled scaling, reporting to leadership while collaborating with BD, product marketing, and IT governance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B demand generation with enterprise deals.
• Fluency with GenAI in content, personalization, and campaigns.
• Experience across email, paid media, webinars, ABM channels.
• Account-based marketing strategy and execution.
• This is a one-person seat; must be proactive and capable.
• Experience marketing to data/IT/compliance buyers in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new demand across digital channels to build enterprise pipeline.
• Build and run ABM programs against named accounts with cross-functional alignment.
• Own mid-funnel nurture programs and lifecycle sequences.
• Leverage GenAI to scale campaign production, personalization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product marketing and content to translate positioning into campaigns.
• Partner with Revenue Ops on funnel reporting and allocation of spend.
• Monitor share of voice and adjust campaigns against competitors.
• Collaborate on MarTech stack decisions (HubSpot, etc.) and ABM tooling.
