Job summary

ManpowerGroup TAPFIN is seeking a Dir-Delivery to oversee the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for major clients with a remote work setup in the United States. You will drive program profitability, lead account strategy, and build strong client partnerships.

You will manage program teams, align with senior leadership, and ensure service levels through regular business reviews while identifying growth opportunities across markets and clients.

Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of P&L and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages P&L to achieve program financial goals and expectations.
• Develops and drives Account Management strategy at the Program and/or Market level.
• May work with Sr. Directors, Managing Directors, Regional VPs and Executive Management to develop growth strategies.
• Develops key relationships at existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Addresses issues with risk-focused decision-making and escalation to executive leadership when needed.
• Hires, develops and manages expectations for Program Managers and staff on VMS processes and account management.
• Maintains knowledge of clients and market trends; provides guidance to optimize operations.
• Meets or exceeds all applicable account SLAs and KPIs; conducts Quarterly Business Reviews.
