Job summary

Talent Solutions TAPFIN is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for a major client across multiple locations. You will oversee subvendor management, requisition flow, and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with SLAs and client expectations.

You will drive customer satisfaction, expand relationships, manage performance, and coordinate software tools, benchmarking, and quarterly reviews to maximize account profitability. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years in vendor on-site program management or account management, incl. 3+ years supervisory.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Moderate to significant travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for a client with multiple locations.
• Manage subvendor/supplier program, requisition/submittal process, and job placement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships, and handle issue resolution.
• Administer software to client and sub-vendor users, benchmarking, and quarterly reviews.
• Set performance expectations and supervise program staff.
