Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking an HR Director, Global Contingent Workforce to own the strategy, governance, and execution of the organization’s contingent workforce program.

You will lead end-to-end management of staff augmentation, independent contractors, and SOW engagements across regions and business units. The role partners with Sourcing, HR, Finance, Legal and Risk to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with enterprise total talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in workforce management and contingent workforce programs.
• 7+ years leading contingent workforce programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience managing MSP and VMS solutions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, financial-management, change-management, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year contingent workforce strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and total talent priorities.
• Lead program governance with executive steering committees and policy development.
• Own end-to-end contingent labor lifecycle from demand planning to offboarding.
• Establish global/regional operating standards considering jurisdictional and business needs.
