Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking an experienced Data Governance Advisor to lead governance frameworks, ensure high-quality data, and protect data assets within a regulated financial services context.

You will coordinate data owners and stewards, monitor compliance, manage metadata and data quality metrics, and partner with business and tech teams to embed responsible data practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS or related; 5–7 years in data governance/quality.
• Experience with Informatica, Collibra or Microsoft Purview.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of metadata, master data management and data quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Governance framework implementation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate Data Owners and Data Stewards across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and remediation activities.
• Lead metadata management and data lineage documentation.
• Develop data quality metrics and dashboards.
