Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, information systems, data/analytics.
• Experience leading data, analytics or decision-support initiatives.
• Ability to align stakeholders and translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics roadmap and prioritize use cases across investments and assets.
• Partner with systems to ensure data quality, definitions and governance.
• Translate business needs into scalable data products and dashboards.
• Validate analytics results and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks and value with executive stakeholders.
