• Lead the development and execution of advisor recruiting strategies aligned to Prudential Advisors' growth objectives.
• Partner with Recruiting Leadership, Field Leadership, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve advisor acquisition outcomes and recruiting effectiveness.
• Recommend and drive recruiting priorities, market focus areas, advisor segments, and resource allocation strategies based on business objectives and market intelligence.
• Support the business and centralized recruiting organization in recommending strategic decisions informed by analytics, industry trends, advisor movement data, and competitive intelligence.
• Influence recruiting outcomes through effective target marketing campaign development, partnering on the development of strategic industry communications, complex advisor practice business case development, and thought leadership.
