Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a Director of AI Product & MarTech Enablement to own AI in marketing and drive MarTech value. You will craft a production-grade AI product, organize a scalable MarTech stack, and lead a matrixed team across data, privacy, and legal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MarTech or marketing technology product management with leadership.
• Proven track record deploying AI or automation into production.
• Hands-on knowledge of the modern MarTech stack and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate AI in marketing vision and roadmap.
• Lead design, build, and deployment of AI products and tools.
• Operationalize AI decisioning across the MarTech stack.
• Embed responsible AI practices and data protection.
• Drive MarTech enablement and platform adoption.
• Collaborate with RTEs and Scrum Masters for PI planning.
