Job summary

QTS Data Centers is looking for a Director of Development (Data Center Construction) to manage customer deployment projects across all locations. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives and timelines while coordinating with various teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and significant experience in managing large-scale data center projects. The position includes multiple benefits such as a generous PTO policy, tuition assistance, and employee stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in the development of mission critical facilities.
• Five or more years of responsibility for data center project construction.
• Ability to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal.
• Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team.
• Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management.
