Job summary

Omnicom Media in New York is hiring a seasoned data and analytics leader for the Business Analytics team. You will collaborate with planning and investment teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive client business goals.

Responsibilities include designing measurement plans, leading analytics initiatives, mentoring managers and ADs, and delivering compelling narratives to clients. A strong background in marketing analytics and effective communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data
• Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
• Analytic skills and problem-solving to drive issues to resolution
• Strong leadership and client relationship experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into insights
• Ability to train and coach colleagues and manage projects

Responsibilities

• External facing responsibilities: understand client issues, deliver insights, and develop solutions
• Lead measurement plan development and execution
• Partner with Planning, Investment, and Activation teams on budgets and media plans
• Debrief clients with clear, actionable analytics narratives
• Mentor managers and ADs and build team capabilities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
