Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience in Data Management or Data Governance roles.
• Experience in regulated environments and proven results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing technology teams.
• Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks for data and AI.
• Drive risk-aware data activation and AI adoption with measurable business value.
• Chair and coordinate the Generative AI Steering Group and cross-functional risk reviews.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, and Information Security to align governance with regulatory obligations.
• Enable Archer AI Governance Module and manage data asset cataloging and tagging.
• Oversee vendor assessments and regulatory examination preparations.
