Job summary

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director - Data, AI Management and Governance to lead our Digital Modernization practice in Omaha, NE.

You will shepherd data governance, data management, and AI governance initiatives while coordinating with risk, compliance, and information security teams to ensure regulatory alignment and transparent AI use cases. This role requires strong leadership, strategic data capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of technology leadership with data, AI and risk management focus.
• Experience in regulated environments and proven results.
• Experience in Data Management or Data Governance roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to explain tech in business terms.
• Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team supporting Data Governance, Data Management and AI practices.
• Enable the Archer AI Governance Module and integrate use case details.
• Chair the Generative AI Steering Group and manage AI use-case intake and risk decisions.
• Drive governance frameworks, compliance liaison, and regulatory examinations readiness.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance and information security to align governance with risk appetite.
