FNBO is seeking a Director of Data & AI Management and Governance to lead the development of governance frameworks for responsible data activation and AI adoption. You will manage teams across Data Governance, Data Management, and AI, ensuring transparency and risk-aware AI production use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance and AI programs.
• Regulated environments experience and risk-aware governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulator and industry controls into scalable governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data Governance, Data Management, and AI practice teams.
• Chair the Generative AI Steering Group and manage intake, risk assessments, and approvals for new AI use cases.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk Management, and Information Security to align governance with regulatory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement by engaging with industry groups and regulators and overseeing vendor AI roadmaps.
