Job summary

Integris is seeking a Director, Engineering, Data, and AI to lead the day-to-day management of Software Engineering, BI, AI Solutions, and R&D. You will translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure successful project delivery across multiple teams, reporting to the CTO.

You will drive operational excellence, coach managers, manage budgets and resourcing, and deliver client engagements with measurable benefits in a fast-scaling national practice.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in managed services including delivery and customer outcomes.
• BI and data governance, reporting, analytics, and data quality.
• Automation and system integrations to reduce manual effort.
• Software delivery including development, testing, release, and support.
• Commercial delivery with budgets, estimates, and resourcing.
• AI and distributed delivery with cross-location leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into departmental plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, BI, AI, and innovation teams.
• Track milestones, costs, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with dashboards.
• Support hiring, budgeting, and workforce planning.
• Ensure quality, security, documentation, and release practices.
