  • Track milestones, costs, dependencies, risks, and outcomes through clear dashboards and regular delivery reviews.
  • Support workforce planning and budget management by forecasting resource needs and monitoring expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Ensure consistent quality, security, documentation, release practices, and operational handoffs across all four functions.
  • Focus R&D on approved priorities and transition successful experiments into supported internal solutions or viable client offerings.
Internal Initiative Delivery
  • Deliver internal improvements in productivity, service quality, data insight, and scalability against agreed scope, timing, and budget.
  • Work with business sponsors to define acceptance criteria, drive adoption, and validate benefits after implementation.

  • Partner with sales, consultants, and project managers to support accurate estimating, staffing, and delivery.
  • Monitor utilization, project health, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
People Leadership & Accountability
  • Lead, develop, and coach managers, team leads, and technical professionals.
  • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to address performance concerns and succession planning.
  • Support hiring, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
