Qualifications

• +18 years experience in software engineering, +7 years leading a high performing team.
• Deep fluency in streaming, Kafka, event bus design at scale.
• Operational excellence: incidents, uptime, and day-to-day execution with long-term direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure stack across event bus, streaming, Kafka, storage, and multi-catalogue systems.
• Drive transformation with incident management discipline and process rigor as the team scales.
• Evolve the infrastructure roadmap to support AI-native workloads.
• Build and deepen an elite engineering organization with strong bench strength.
• Lead and develop a team, raising capability and executive presence.
• Partner with product and platform leaders to align infra priorities with roadmaps.
