Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and analytics solutions that accelerate digital transformation across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D and Corporate functions.

You will design enterprise AI strategies, build AI assistants and data-driven applications using Python, SQL, and cloud-native platforms, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field (data science/CS/EE/Statistics/AI/ML).
• 5+ years of experience building data science/AI solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL development skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying production AI solutions on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and AI deployment practices.
• Experience building REST APIs and scalable software.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI and analytics solutions.
• Build AI assistants, agents, chatbots, and copilot workflows across business units.
• Develop NL-to-SQL interfaces and semantic search/document intelligence solutions.
• Create scalable analytics apps and reusable accelerators for faster deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present value to leadership.
