Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Director of AI and Digital Enablement to set the division's AI and digital strategy, partner with R&D, product development, IT, and business leaders, and translate AI capabilities into scalable, value-driven solutions.

You will lead a team, drive responsible AI practices, and build governance while championing adoption across the organization. This role requires hands-on AI expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree is a plus; BS required in CS, data science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, analytics, or digital enablement.
• Experience in manufacturing or technology industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead division digital and AI/ML strategy, roadmaps, and standards.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and build business cases with ROI models.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions embedded in operations.
• Establish AI governance, data quality, security, and model validation.
• Partner with IT/data teams to enable scalable data infrastructure.
• Mentor AI talent and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Define KPIs to track AI adoption, model performance, and value delivered.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Legal, and Supply Chain.
