Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Director to lead Platform GTM & Growth Strategy within Corporate Strategy. You will design growth frameworks, run executive reporting, and guide a team of analysts and managers across five product families.

This role shapes long-term investments, market analysis, and GTM execution for a mixed portfolio of products. You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product Marketing to drive portfolio performance, pricing strategy, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, GTM, product operations, management consulting, or finance.
• Ability to build frameworks, operating rhythms, and teams from ambiguity.
• Exceptional executive communication, with experience advising C-suite and boards.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; capable of market sizing and modeling.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Platform portfolio-level growth framework; tailor to each business stage.
• Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
• Author and maintain frameworks and KPIs for ELT and Board reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Size growth opportunities and steer investment prioritization, roadmap inputs, and external positioning.
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and incentive design for new selling motions across the portfolio.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team across GTM strategy and business operations.
• Drive innovation in processes and AI-enabled insights for efficiency.
