Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Turn Around, Inc.’s front-line survivor response programs (24/7 helpline, text line, shelter services).
• Oversee intake coordination, advocacy, case management, and crisis response practices to ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centered service delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to align programs with licensing, funding requirements, and best practices in victim services.
