You will provide individualized housing navigation, advocacy, and resource coordination to help clients obtain and maintain safe housing. Based in Towson, MD, this full-time role involves coordinating shelter entry, safety check-ins, and collaboration with clinical and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shelter entry and move-in planning for survivors.
• Provide orientation, resource navigation, and advocacy to obtain safe housing.
• Conduct safety and wellness check-ins at shelter locations and address barriers.
• Coordinate with shelter providers, TurnAround staff, and community partners.
• Develop and implement plans to transition from emergency shelter to longer-term housing.
