Job summary

Turnaround, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Crisis Response & Service Navigation to help lead and operate the agency's crisis response programs, including the 24/7 helpline, text line, and shelter services.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master’s preferred, and at least four years of victim services or crisis response experience. The role involves coordinating intake, assessment, advocacy, and case management across diverse settings; some evening/weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/human services or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in victim services, crisis response, or related human services.
• Experience with survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, or human trafficking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day leadership and operation of Crisis Response and Service Navigation programs.
• Oversee 24/7 Helpline and Text Line, Emergency Shelter Services, intake and screening, and advocacy/case management.
• Collaborate with shelter staff, partners, and community resources to coordinate services.
• Ensure quality service delivery and crisis operation coverage, including on-call responsibilities.
