Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own knowing our 400-million-document UGC corpus and grow it as a strategic asset. You will unify content understanding and supply under one portfolio, linking classification, metadata, quality, and growth to business outcomes.

You will lead senior product leaders, collaborate with ML and data science, and report to the Chief Product Officer, shaping the organization's direction and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience including leadership of PMs or senior PMs.
• Genuine data fluency with ability to work with ML and data science teams.
• Experience with content licensing or B2B data products is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Grow UGC supply end to end: uploads, conversions, and supply-side UX.
• Build the AI knowledge infrastructure for the corpus: segmentation, sampling, retrieval capabilities.
• Lead senior product leaders and partner with ML and data teams to align roadmap with business outcomes.
