Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Director/VP-level Program Manager to lead the Competitive Programs team within the Go-to-Market Strategic Programs group. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Pricing, and Market Intelligence to translate competitive insights into durable operating models and actionable programs.

The role requires identifying priorities, coordinating across functions, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with competitive programs, product-launch programs, or high-stakes GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Competitive Programs team with clear objectives and strong stakeholder management.
• Establish portfolio and operating model for P0/P1 competitor programs in partnership with leadership.
• Directly manage the most complex competitive programs across Product, GTM, Commercial, and executives.
• Build repeatable playbooks and mechanisms for rapid, coordinated responses to competitive threats.
• Translate market and deal signals into prioritized program actions with accountable owners.
• Create clear leadership updates on health, risks, and outcomes.
