Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or related discipline.
• Strong track record of delivering global, complex programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale programs end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional support and resources.
• Manage the full-stack of change management activities across stakeholder engagement, messaging, and enablement.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe at all levels.
• Identify improvement opportunities for Revenue teams spanning strategy, people, process, and technology.
• Develop a Programs Center of Excellence to guide and coach partner teams.
