Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, referral development, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with professional, healthcare and community referral sources to increase referrals and lead generation.
• Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, in-person visits, presentations, events, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate outreach events with community leadership to support occupancy goals and move-in activity.
• Maintain CRM records with referral sources, contacts, and outreach plans.
• Represent Northbridge in a consistently professional manner and collaborate with leadership on outreach planning.
