Distinctive Living in Pennsylvania is seeking a Director of Community Outreach to lead outreach and business development for our senior living community. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations while helping prospective residents and their families discover everything our community has to offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, community outreach, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospice, home health, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral sources.
• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
• Represent the community at networking events, community programs, and local organizations.
• Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-up activity using CRM tools.
• Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities to grow community awareness.
• Deliver exceptional service to prospective residents, families, and professional partners.
