PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Internal Referral Management to drive sales and marketing strategies across nursing centers and assisted living communities. The role oversees external and internal referral strategies, collaborating with CADs to optimize conversions and growth.

The position emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and understanding competitive landscapes to achieve census, mix, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business need, specifically incoming admissions.
