Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Business Development Director to drive lead generation and move-ins by building strong referral networks among medical and community resources. The role focuses on educating referral sources, coordinating with the Sales team, and expediting care coordination to ensure resident transitions.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with residents, families, and professional providers, while executing strategic plans and events to meet quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales/admissions.
• Experience in senior living admissions.
• Fluent in English.
• Driving license and ability to drive a automobile.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events with Sales and Marketing to attract prospective residents.
• Develop relationships with residents, families and professional care providers.
• Generate professional referrals to meet move-in targets.
• Maintain referral records in the sales database and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Explain basic legal terms of sales contracts to prospects.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve move-in objectives.
