Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Healthcare Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, or related areas preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with proven client referrals growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives to increase referrals and census.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Drive census growth through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate community outreach, events, and professional networking activities.
• Collaborate with Admissions and leadership to support occupancy goals.
• Manage social media, website content, and online reputation.
