Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead change management across a portfolio of communities. You will supervise Directors at the Corporate office to ensure success in each group and act as a business unit leader for your teams.

You will support sales and growth goals for the region by developing leads and guiding initiatives. Requires 5+ years as a Community Association Manager, CACM or PCAM designation, and a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Community Association Manager.
• CACM and/or PCAM designation(s) required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities to support organizational goals.
• Supervise Directors at Corporate office to ensure success.
• Manage book of business and oversee P&L and budgets.
• Develop leads and support regional sales efforts.
• Maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
