Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to manage all aspects of commercial operations, enhance performance, supplier performance, and regional analytics. The role drives strategy for supplier planning, programming, commercial finance, pricing, S&OP, and BI oversight.

You will lead a team, oversee forecasting and pricing, and coordinate with suppliers to grow market share while aligning with brand strategies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implements Commercial Operations Strategy to enhance overall market performance, supplier performance, analytics capabilities, and gross profit attainment goals.
• Maximize the workforce resources within the functional scope to optimize productivity and expansion of personnel in pricing, marketing, trade development, analytics, and commercial supply chain to increase profits and market share.
• Oversee supplier planning, programming, activations to ensure brand strategies and standards are achieved; align with suppliers to understand brands, goals, and support in securing market share.
• Provide compliance administration and strategy for Trade Development, Supplier Marketing activities and Commercial Finance and Pricing functions to ensure fund management and pricing guidance.
• Manage and oversee forecasting and pricing; analyze opportunities/threats and strengths/weaknesses affecting growth.

Education
