Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to lead market-level planning activities within the PACE framework. You will coordinate cross-functionally across Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership, shaping strategies with supplier partners and strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years relevant experience; 7+ years for manager level.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership.
• Experience with planning tools and multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support site-level AOP planning and finalization with senior leaders.
• Oversee LE monetization and 90-day program management.
• Collaborate with Trade Development on supplier plans.
• Present supplier priorities to leadership and drive alignment.
• Analyze market conditions, trends, and account feedback.
• Ensure forecast adjustments with Demand Planners and teams.
