The role focuses on analytics, forecasting, and enhancing market performance while leading cross-functional teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implements Commercial Operations Strategy to enhance market performance, supplier performance, analytics capabilities, and gross profit attainment goals.
• Maximize workforce resources within the functional scope to optimize productivity and expansion of personnel related to pricing, marketing, trade development, analytics, and commercial supply chain to increase profits.
• Oversee supplier planning, programming, activations, and ensure brand strategies and standards are achieved; align with suppliers to understand brands and goals.
• Ensure fund management and pricing guidance through governance of Trade Development, Supplier Marketing, Commercial Finance and Pricing.
• Oversee forecasting and pricing functions; analyze opportunities/threats affecting company growth.
• Oversee full-cycle S&OP process and inventory management.
• Drive Commercial Analytics including BI analyses for supplier reporting and scorecards.
• Coordinate sales effectiveness initiatives and KPI standards for supplier reporting; present reports for QBRs, RFPs, and market analysis.
• Coach and develop team; maintain engaging work environment and enforce policies.
