LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Director of Cloud Operations & Reliability to lead global cloud operations for enterprise-grade platforms. Drive availability, incident management, observability, automation, and AI-driven resilience while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Security teams.

The role requires 9+ years in tech operations, strong SRE background, and hands-on cloud expertise across Azure/AWS/Google Cloud.

Qualifications

9+ years of technology operations experience, including leadership of managers/senior professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Deep expertise with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience supporting large-scale, highly available, mission-critical platforms.
Strong background in SRE, platform operations, incident management, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on with observability/monitoring tools like Grafana and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of AIDLC/DevSecOps, automation, and AI-driven operational solutions.
Proven incident leadership, governance, risk management, and exec communications.

Responsibilities

Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical applications and platforms.
Drive SRE practices, reliability strategies, and incident response with cross-functional partners.
Own post-incident analysis, RCAs, and corrective actions.
Advance AI-driven operational solutions, self-healing capabilities, and observability playbooks.
Establish enterprise observability standards across applications and infrastructure.
Track metrics: availability, MTTR, incident recurrence, change success, customer impact.
Mentor and develop senior leaders in operations teams.
