Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring an SRE Lead to guide reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across mission-critical platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive cloud modernization, and shape engineering practices in a collaborative environment.

You will partner with engineering, security, and product teams to implement SLO/SLI strategies, observability platforms, IaC, and DevOps transformation. Strong leadership and cloud-native design are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE.
• Leadership or people management experience (2+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Define and drive SRE strategy, standards, and operational frameworks.
• Partner with product and platform teams to improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Establish and maintain SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Lead incident management and post-incident reviews.
