Job summary

• 9+ years of technology operations experience with 5+ years overseeing managers and senior staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; strong SRE background.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission‑critical applications and platforms.
• Drive incident management, observability, and AI‑driven reliability improvements.
• Develop and track SLOs, MTTR, and change success metrics with cross‑functional partners.
• Mentor operators and engineers, shaping a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
