The role emphasizes availability, reliability, incident management, observability, automation, and governance while mentoring high-performing teams.

The leader collaborates with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Client Engagement to ensure resilient, customer-focused service delivery across global platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology operations management with leadership experience.
• Deep cloud platform expertise (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proven SRE, incident mgmt, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical apps and platforms.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during major incidents.
• Set and drive SLOs, availability, and customer outcomes through reliability programs.
• Lead AI-driven operational improvements and self-healing initiatives.
• Establish observability standards and playbooks across apps and infrastructure.
• Develop and track metrics like MTTR, availability, and change success.
