You will drive availability, incident management, observability, automation, and operational maturity, partnering with Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams. The role requires hands-on leadership during major incidents and a track record of delivering resilient service delivery with

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years in technology operations with 5+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and large-scale platforms.
• Strong background in SRE, incident management, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical apps and platforms.
• Drive reliability strategies and incident response with strong stakeholder comms.
• Implement AI-driven automation and self-healing to improve availability.
• Establish observability standards and playbooks across applications and infra.
• Develop operational metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
