LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Cloud Operations & Reliability to lead enterprise-wide AI operational excellence for large-scale cloud-native platforms. This leader will drive availability, incident management, observability, automation, and operational maturity while leading high-performing teams.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Client Engagement to ensure resilient, customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of technology operations experience, including 5+ years managing managers and senior technical professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep expertise with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, highly available, mission-critical platforms.
• Strong background in SRE, platform operations, incident management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, automation, and AI-driven operational solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead major incidents, governance, risk management, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 global cloud operations for mission-critical applications and platforms.
• Develop and drive SLO-aligned reliability strategies and customer outcomes.
• Hands-on leadership during major incidents, directing response and RCA.
• Advance AI-driven operations, self-healing capabilities, and continuous improvement.
• Set observability standards and playbooks across apps and infrastructure.
• Track metrics like availability, MTTR, change success, and impact reduction.
• Foster partnerships across Engineering, Product, Client Engagement, Security, and Infra.
• Mentor leaders and teams to build accountability and continuous improvement culture.
