Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work required.
• License to practice social work in the relevant state.
• Experience with P&Ls and budgeting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and ongoing management for all components of the site including daily clinical and administrative operations.
• Human resource management.
• Fiscal oversight.
• Oversight of utilization review and quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team and supervise Team Leaders.
