Qualifications

  • Master's degree and an active independent license (LICSW/LMHC/Rehab Counselor/LADC1) with 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and understanding of addiction treatment.
  • Knowledge of DPH/BSAS regulations and applicable insurance processes.
  • Familiarity with Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and community resources.
  • Must perform duties satisfactorily with sound judgment.
  • Proficient with MS Office and strong written communication.
  • High energy, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; able to use multiple decision models.
  • Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle for transport.

Responsibilities

  • Organize staff and staffing in accordance with BSAS contracts and policies.
  • Maintain current program policies, procedures, and compliance with BSAS/DPH.
  • Oversee fiscal, HR, IT, and maintenance functions in coordination with senior managers.
  • Provide clinical supervision and ensure evidence-based services are delivered.
  • Supervise Residential Program Director and Case Managers; lead clinical meetings.
  • Lead program and staff meetings for education, planning, and evaluating care.
  • Network with community providers to maximize intake and census; ensure service delivery.
  • Oversee insurance and DPH billing entries and resolutions; ensure on-site operations.
  • Attend trainings, maintain licensures, and ensure staff training and certifications.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for crisis consultation; conduct staff evaluations.
  • Maintaina professional internal/external communications and safety standards.
