Job summary

Aires, a leader in relocation management, seeks a Director of Client Development to drive growth in the West Coast region from Northern California. The role focuses on servicing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined territory.

The position requires proven sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available for candidates located in Northern California.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience within the relocation industry.
• Strategic territory management and tactical planning experience required.
• Proven track record of sales/account management success.
• Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present information to management, small groups, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Sets annual targets and achieves gross profit goals.
• Develops relationships with major clients to increase gross profit and maintains existing accounts.
• Builds network through in-person meetings, professional groups, cold calling, conventions, and other sales efforts.
• Leads best and final presentations and supports the RFP process.
• Traveling for a minimum of 12 trips per year.
