Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Sales (West Coast) to lead revenue growth across the region. You will guide a team of Account Directors and Associate Account Directors, owning the regional go-to-market strategy and ensuring pipeline health in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex deals, and build executive relationships while leveraging MEDDPICC, Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or frontline management role.
• Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth technology or cybersecurity companies.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales strategy and execution, guiding a team focused on new customer acquisition and account expansion.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering accountability and high performance.
• Coach sellers on territory planning, discovery, deal strategy, and execution across the full sales cycle.
• Establish regional goals and business plans balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
• Maintain pipeline health and forecasting using MEDDPICC and sales systems (Salesforce, Clari, Gong).
• Support executive relationships and navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Collaborate with channel, marketing, customer success, and sales operations to drive outcomes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity market, Recorded Future’s platform, and competitors.
• Oversee pricing strategies and deal hygiene to maximize revenue.
• Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets contributing to global sales success.
