Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in technology with 5+ years leading multi-team delivery.
- Deep claims domain knowledge across lifecycle.
- Proven AI, ML or intelligent automation delivery in production.
- Strong budgeting, portfolio and vendor management.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute a multi-year Claims technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Lead dedicated delivery teams: engineering, configuration, analysis, QA and partners.
- Oversee Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, upgrades and cloud migration.
- Drive AI solutions, automations and RPA; ensure governance and compliance.
