Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Senior Director, Circle Lead to drive the future of Claim through AI innovation and platform modernization. You will own the strategy and delivery of a portfolio across agile product teams, guiding and developing leaders who enable multi-team collaboration and value delivery.

You will lead by example, prioritizing customer impact, data-driven decisions, and efficient use of resources while partnering with Technology to align roadmaps with business

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in an agile/execution leadership role delivering business solutions on a demanding schedule.
• Three years of people leadership/management experience.
• Strong business acumen and a deep strategic mindset.
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
• Strong knowledge of the Line of Business with the ability to develop and leverage business and/or vendor partnerships, consult on business priorities, and optimize value through solution identification aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile product teams through complex, high-impact transformation including AI-driven capabilities that are setting new standards for claim.
• Develop and empower leaders at every level, creating conditions for teams to do their best work.
• Partner with technology to translate business strategy into delivered outcomes.
• Drive innovation while making smart trade-offs on funding, resources, and priorities.
• Lead, define, communicate and champion the work of agile teams working toward common business outcomes generally within a specific business segment.
