Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in technology, with 5+ years leading multi-team delivery
  • Deep claims domain knowledge across full claim lifecycle
  • Proven track record delivering AI, machine learning or intelligent automation in production
  • Strong budgeting, portfolio and vendor management skills
  • Executive-level communication and ability to influence stakeholders
  • P&C specialty insurance experience preferred
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter experience with implementation, upgrades or cloud migration
  • Familiarity with GenAI platforms, LLM integration patterns and AI governance frameworks
  • Agile or SAFe delivery leadership and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)

Responsibilities

  • Set and carry out a multi-year Claims technology roadmap
  • Lead dedicated delivery teams across engineering, configuration, BA, QA, and partners
  • Own the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform: config, integrations, upgrades
  • Oversee integrations across the claims ecosystem (payments, document management, actuarial feeds)
  • Coordinate with other centers on policy interactions and system upgrades
  • Lead AI solutions in Claims (FNOL, triage, document processing, signals)
  • Deliver workflow automation and RPA for low-complexity claims
  • Work with enterprise AI/governance on model risk and privacy
  • Manage budget, vendor contracts and system integrator relationships

The posted salary range reflects the lowest and highest base salary applicable to this role across our U.S. locations. Individual offers are determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related factors. As a result, the salary offered for a specific location will fall within a narrower range than the overall range displayed in this posting.
