You will shape and institutionalize best-in-class capture processes, build a high-performing corporate capture organization, and drive capturing rigor across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in capture management with at least 8 years full lifecycle capture experience.
• Track record of growth as a capture leader with wins across large-scale pursuits.
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and financial rules.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and continuously improve the corporate capture framework and playbooks.
• Oversee priority pursuits exceeding $500M with strategic alignment and rigor.
• Lead and scale a corporate capture team including capture managers and review teams.
• Embed early opportunity shaping, competitive positioning, and price-to-win discipline.
• Develop and implement winning strategies aligned to mission needs across capabilities.
• Support governance reviews with clear win strategies and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with BD, proposal, pricing, and program leadership for resource allocation.
• Drive improvements in win rates and recompete ROI; target >33% win and >90% recompete.
• Implement real-time capture dashboards for priority pursuits.
• Lead lessons-learned reviews to elevate capture performance across Peraton.
