Job summary

Irvine Company seeks a Reinvestments Director to oversee major capital projects from inception to completion across the office portfolio in Irvine, CA. You will manage budgets, feasibility, and stakeholder collaboration to drive value while meeting design and construction parameters.

Responsibilities include prioritizing reinvestment projects, coordinating with design consultants and general contractors, and presenting to Senior Management on milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA, MRED or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in real estate asset management and construction.
• Travel required; valid California driver's license; reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital investments across the office portfolio, including asset repositioning, renovations, and amenity upgrades.
• Collaborate with leasing, operations and asset management to identify reinvestment projects and justify business cases.
• Manage project budgeting and reporting with budgets, schedules, forecasts and executive updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external designers/GCs to execute reinvestment plans.
• Analyze feasibility for redevelopment, conduct market studies, and land use assessments.
• Develop formal presentations for Senior Management at key milestones.
• Evaluate design assumptions to enhance value and ensure lease requirements and budgets are met.
• Stay informed of office market trends and competitive properties to drive reinvestment.
