Armanino is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead valuation engagements, build complex models, and manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple US locations. You will coach junior staff, coordinate with directors and partners, and deliver defensible work for auditors and tax authorities.

The role emphasizes mastering complex valuation work with a clear path toward Manager, in a hybrid environment requiring in-office collaboration 50% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• Valuation designation(s) ASA, CFA, ABV, or CVA, or progress toward one.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with hands-on experience building/reviewing DCF, market, option pricing, and equity allocation models.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver valuation engagements for financial reporting, 409A, gift/estate tax, and M&A.
• Own day-to-day execution of engagements from scope to final deliverable.
• Train and guide analysts, review work for quality control.
